Hi, I’m Melissa, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Practitioner. With over 12 years as a bedside nurse, I’ve spent my career supporting people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments – alongside navigating my own personal health challenges. Both experiences revealed the gaps in traditional medicine and shaped my belief that true healing happens when care is individualized, compassionate, and built on trust. That belief is what led me to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Practitioner.

I ground my nutrition therapy in tailored support designed for you – a space where you’re heard, and to always have a safe space for support.

Today, I help women restore energy, rebalance hormones, and feel more connected to their bodies through a whole-body approach. Each client receives practical, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and when appropriate, strategic supplementation they can begin implementing right away.

Your well-being matters, and you deserve care that’s thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in compassion. I’m honored to be part of your journey and excited to support you as you move toward your wellness goals.
